As a Valuing Negotiator, you will play a key part in securing new instructions, building strong landlord relationships and ensuring prospective tenants receive exceptional service. You will support valuation appointments, help prepare marketing assets, and be an important contributor to pipeline development for the local area.
No two days will be the same—your responsibilities will span client interaction, valuations, tenancy enquiries and supporting the wider team to drive portfolio growth.

As a Valuing Negotiator, you will play a key part in securing new instructions, building strong landlord relationships and ensuring prospective tenants receive exceptional service. You will support valuation appointments, help prepare marketing assets, and be an important contributor to pipeline development for the local area.

Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Support the Business Development Manager in valuation appointments
- Build, manage and nurture long-term landlord relationships
- Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
- Identify and follow up new business leads
- Stay informed on lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Handle negotiations and key communications between landlords and tenants
- Assist with marketing, content creation and canvassing activities
- Ensure consistently high levels of customer service and communication
You will thrive in this role if you are:
- Experienced within lettings or estate agency (at least 12 months desirable)
- Energetic, confident and self-motivated
- A team-oriented individual who takes ownership of tasks
- Able to build strong rapport with clients and adapt to different communication styles
- Commercially aware and confident identifying new opportunities
- Passionate about customer service, service standards and delivering great outcomes
- Monday to Friday: 8:45am - 6:00pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00am - 4:00pm (with a weekday off in lieu)
