Rayner Personnel is born
We opened our doors for the first time in September 2012 and placed our first person just a month later.
Early in 2013, we hired the first member of our team and later that year, we rebranded with a new logo and website.
On the move
In January 2014, we opened our first dedicated office in Bishop’s Stortford, while the team grew to nine people later that year.
After three years of incredible growth and success, we created a franchise model for the business, while exceeding £1million in turnover for the first time later that year.
Spreading our wings
After launching a new self-employed licensee model in January 2016, we expanded into the South East, East of England and the Home Counties between April and November.
Our continued expansion and growth saw us launch across every area of London, as well as the south coast in Dorset, Hampshire, and West Sussex.
A huge milestone
Early in 2018 we were established as the UK’s largest property recruiter based on headcount and just two months later, we moved into a larger office to help with our continued growth.
Our specialist sales division was launched in 2019 alongside our new website and continued development of a new in-house marketing team.
Almost 4,000 job seekers had registered with us at the start of 2020, while Russell Jervis joined later that year to head up our estate agency activity and associate program. With the UK hit by the first Covid-19 lockdown, we launched the Property Pulse Poles to help agents through the change.
Adapting in a new world
In 2021, we remodelled from a franchise to a licence business creating hyper local recruitment partnerships and became a fully remote business - giving the team more flexibility in the way they work
In 2022, we went from strength to strength, with the business doubling in size
