About the Role
As Head of New Business, you will oversee and influence performance across multiple locations, supporting a well-established Bristol-based branch network. • Conduct accurate rental valuations, ensuring strong service standards and conversion outcomes
  • Drive new business generation across both managed and tenant-find service levels
  • Monitor performance metrics, delivering analysis and structured coaching/improvement plans

  • Promote a performance-driven, customer-focused culture within the lettings team

  • The ability to lead, coach and inspire individuals toward performance targets
  • Strong commercial thinking with a track record of generating instructions
  • Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills
  • A structured, organised approach to managing priorities and reporting
  • Energy, resilience and a passion for people development and business growth
