Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
- Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate valuations
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, always aiming for the best outcome for all parties
- Maintain regular client contact and deliver a first-class customer experience
- Achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets
- Prepare property details, arrange viewings, and follow up with prospective buyers
- Stay up to date with local property market trends and competitor activity
- Accurately update CRM and sales records
Requirements:
- Proven track record in residential property sales, ideally at Senior Negotiator level
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent local knowledge of the West Byfleet and wider Surrey property market
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Confident IT and CRM system user
