We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a high-performing team in West Byfleet. You'll play a pivotal role in driving residential sales, building lasting client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate valuations
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, always aiming for the best outcome for all parties
  • Maintain regular client contact and deliver a first-class customer experience
  • Achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets
  • Prepare property details, arrange viewings, and follow up with prospective buyers
  • Stay up to date with local property market trends and competitor activity
  • Accurately update CRM and sales records
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in residential property sales, ideally at Senior Negotiator level
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent local knowledge of the West Byfleet and wider Surrey property market
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Confident IT and CRM system user
