About the Role
We are seeking a driven and personable Sales Negotiator to join a respected estate agency in Fair Oak. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property and great people skills to develop their career in a supportive, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Register and qualify new applicants, matching them to suitable properties
- Conduct property viewings, providing excellent customer service
- Negotiate sales between buyers and vendors to achieve successful outcomes
- Progress agreed sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors and other parties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and expert advice
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting and local networking
- Maintain accurate records using CRM/recruitment software
- Previous experience in residential property sales or a similar customer-facing role (estate agency experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-driven, with a proactive approach to targets
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred)
- Competitive basic salary plus commission (OTE £35,000)
