Trainee Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency
£20,000-£24,000 basic + 10% commission
OTE Year 1: £30,000-£35,000

A smart, well-established multi-office independent estate agency is recruiting a Sales Negotiator for their Sidcup office. This business is known for its excellent culture, hands-on training and long-term career opportunities, making it an ideal environment for someone ambitious and motivated.
The Role:

• Canvassing and door knocking within designated areas
• Generating new business and market appraisals
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and supporting the sales progression process
• Providing a high standard of customer service to buyers and sellers

The Ideal Candidate:

• Willing and confident to canvass and door knock
• Target-driven with a proactive and resilient attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Keen to build a long-term career in estate agency

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:45am - 3:00pm
• 5 days per week (weekday off when working Saturdays)

Package:

• Basic salary: £20,000 - £24,000
• 10% sales commission
• Realistic first-year earnings of £30,000 - £35,000
• Ongoing training, support and clear progression
