Lettings Manager - Market-Leading Independent
Based in: Ashford, TW15 
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
OTE: £60,000

The Role
As Lettings Manager, you'll take full ownership of the lettings operation, driving performance, managing relationships, and delivering a first-class service to landlords and tenants.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the lettings portfolio
• Build and maintain strong landlord and applicant relationships
• Oversee the full lettings process from instruction to move-in
• Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation
• Motivate and manage the team to exceed targets

Working Hours

• Mon-Thu: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Fri: 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Sat: 9:00am - 4:00pm (every other Saturday)
• 5 Day Working Week (day off for working a Saturday)
