Trainee Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency
£20,000-£24,000 basic + 10% commission
Realistic OTE Year 1: £30,000-£35,000
Sidcup, DA15
Full-time | 5 days per week
A highly regarded, multi-branch independent estate agency is looking to recruit a Trainee Sales Negotiator for their busy Sidcup office.

The Role
- Proactively canvassing and door knocking to generate new business
- Identifying and booking market appraisal opportunities
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Assisting with sales progression to ensure smooth transactions
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage
About You
- Confident and willing to canvass and generate new business
- Target-driven with a resilient, proactive mindset
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Motivated to build a long-term career within estate agency
Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:45am - 3:00pm
5-day working week (weekday off when working Saturday)
Package
- Basic salary: £20,000 - £24,000
- 10% commission structure
- Realistic first-year earnings: £30,000 - £35,000
- Ongoing training and structured career progression
