Property Manager Assistant Keynsham, Bristol | Office-Based | £26,000 - £27,000
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Property Manager Assistant to support our Property Management team in Keynsham, Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in property management within a supportive and professional environment.
This is an office-based role working from the company's Head Office in Keynsham, with occasional site visits across Gloucester and the Southeast as required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager across their portfolio
  • Handle telephone enquiries and respond to client communications in a timely manner
  • Assist with coordinating repairs, maintenance requests, and contractor communications
  • Support with the preparation of budgets, accounts, and financial documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Assist with Section 20 processes and compliance documentation
  • Help prepare reports and documentation for AGMs and Director meetings
  • Ensure all client correspondence and documentation is filed correctly
  • Support with Health & Safety compliance across managed developments
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients as required
What We're Looking For
Essential
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within property management or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • Professional, friendly telephone manner
  • Proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (desirable)
Desirable
  • Knowledge of leasehold property management
  • Experience using property management software
  • Understanding of Health & Safety compliance
  • Working towards or interested in pursuing AIRPM qualifications
