Senior Negotiator/Valuer Bridgwater | Up to £30,000 Basic | £40,000+ OTE | Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
We're recruiting for an experienced Senior Negotiator/Valuer to join an established independent agency in Bridgwater. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional to take the next step in their career with a well-respected local agency.
You'll be conducting property valuations, winning new instructions, managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, and playing a key role in the success of a busy and thriving branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and market appraisals for potential vendors
• Win new instructions and build a strong pipeline of properties
• Provide expert advice to vendors on pricing and marketing strategies
• Manage property viewings and showcase homes to prospective buyers
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcome
• Progress sales from offer through to completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and all parties involved
• Register and qualify new applicants
• Build long-term relationships with clients in the local area
• Maintain accurate records on the company CRM system
• Work closely with the team to ensure branch targets are consistently met
• Represent the business professionally at all times

What We're Looking For
Essential

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator, Valuer, or Lister within estate agency
• Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships
• Strong local knowledge of Bridgwater and the surrounding areas (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Driven, target-focused, and motivated by commission
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills
• Professional, well-presented, and articulate
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car

Desirable

• Experience conducting property valuations
• Established local network in Bridgwater
• Previous experience with an independent agency
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
