Key Responsibilities
- Acting as principal agent for a portfolio of estate management clients
- Undertaking estate and farming business reviews
- Supporting clients with diversification projects
- Assisting with the promotion of strategic land opportunities
- Carrying out secured lending and professional valuations
You will demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of client service.
Requirements
- Degree educated
- MRICS qualified
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience working to deadlines within a professional environment
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Confident and professional approach when dealing with stakeholders
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- Full UK driving licence
