Key Responsibilities
- Acting as principal agent for a portfolio of estate management clients
- Undertaking estate and farming business reviews
- Managing diversification projects across rural estates
- Advising clients on renewable energy opportunities and development projects
- Carrying out secured lending and other professional valuations
- Managing and leading a sub-team within a wider high-performing department
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with an established client base
- MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor with experience across a variety of rural projects
- Strong leadership potential and ability to support and develop team members
- Proven ability to build relationships with both new and existing clients
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident manner when dealing with clients and colleagues
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- MRICS qualified (preferably Rural pathway)
- CAAV membership or qualification advantageous
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working to deadlines within a professional environment
