Key Responsibilities
- Acting as principal agent for a portfolio of estate management clients
- Conducting estate and farming business reviews
- Advising on and managing diversification projects
- Assisting clients with the promotion of strategic land
- Carrying out secured lending and professional valuations
- Supporting and leading a high-performing team
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients
- MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor with experience across a range of rural property projects
- Strong leadership ability with the potential to manage and mentor team members
- Proven ability to build client relationships and generate new business opportunities
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident approach when dealing with clients and colleagues
- Flexible and adaptable working style
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent as a minimum
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- Experience managing or supporting a team
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven experience working to deadlines in a professional environment
