About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Senior Sales Negotiator to provide dedicated care to high-value residential clients at a well-established, award-winning independent estate agency in Clevedon.
This is a key position working closely with senior management, suited to someone who thrives on responsibility and takes pride in delivering an outstanding client experience.
 
You will take full ownership of the high-value residential portfolio, acting as the single point of contact for all premium property clients. You'll manage every stage of the client journey post-valuation, delivering a bespoke, concierge-level service tailored to each vendor. This role requires exceptional relationship management, strong negotiation abilities, and experience progressing potentially complex sales.

Key Responsibilities
Premium Home Client Management
  • Act as the single point of contact for all premium property vendors
  • Manage and nurture client relationships by providing regular, tailored updates
  • Deliver bespoke, concierge-level service throughout the sales journey
  • Ensure the highest level of service and client satisfaction at all times
Market Reports & Vendor Care
  • Regularly produce detailed market reports for premium clients
  • Ensure frequent and sensitive vendor care with professional, personalised communication
  • Stay informed of local property market trends, industry changes, and competitor activity
Viewings
  • Conduct professional viewings demonstrating detailed knowledge of the premium property portfolio
  • Provide immediate feedback to clients (unless otherwise arranged)
  • Showcase properties to their absolute best potential
Sales Progression
  • Manage complex sales progression through close liaison with buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and the internal team
  • Navigate potential obstacles and delays with confidence and professionalism
  • Drive transactions through to successful completion
Take-on Management
  • Manage take-ons of premium homes, ensuring the highest quality standards
  • Oversee all listings, photography, brochures, and marketing materials
  • Ensure every property is presented to the highest possible standard
Marketing & Negotiation
  • Conceive and deliver bespoke marketing strategies for premium properties
  • Negotiate offers confidently to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Use market knowledge and commercial awareness to maximise sale prices
Enquiry Handling & Applicant Management
  • Support the wider team through applicant registration and enquiry handling
  • Follow up leads relevant to premium homes and maintain communication with prospective buyers
  • Stay on top of potential instructions and applicants searching in the top-end price range
  • Maintain awareness of vendors and potential vendors in the premium market
Administration
  • Complete administrative tasks relevant to the role and necessary for smooth office operations
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations
What We're Looking For
Essential
  • Proven significant experience in estate agency at a senior level
  • Confident managing the full sales process from instruction to completion
  • Strong experience dealing with high-value or premium properties
  • Confident handling complex transactions with awareness of factors that can delay or jeopardise sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Exceptional relationship management abilities with high-net-worth clients
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service with integrity and professionalism
  • Highly organised, proactive, service-driven, and commercially minded
  • Ambitious and motivated by results, reputation, and client satisfaction
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Full UK driving licence
Desirable
  • Established network of high-net-worth clients or professionals
  • Experience working with premium or luxury property brands
  • Strong local market knowledge

  • Commute: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting
