An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager to lead a successful residential sales office in Witham.
 
This is a fantastic role for a driven and commercially minded property professional who thrives on leading from the front, winning new business, and motivating a team to deliver exceptional results.
 
The Role
 
As Branch Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance of the office, driving instructions, increasing market share, and ensuring a first-class customer experience.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team
- Driving new business and winning instructions
- Conducting market appraisals and converting valuations
- Managing the branch P&L and hitting performance targets
- Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Building strong relationships within the local community

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in estate agency (senior negotiator / valuer / manager level)
- Strong track record of winning instructions and driving revenue
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven and commercially aware
- Full UK driving licence
