Key Responsibilities
- Providing mortgage and protection advice to clients
- Managing warm leads generated by the estate agency team
- Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Guiding clients through the mortgage application process
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Delivering a professional and customer-focused service
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience working as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a proactive attitude
- Ability to manage and convert leads effectively
- Professional and highly organised
- OTE £60,000+
- Excellent commission structure
- Strong pipeline of leads from a busy estate agency office
