Senior Sales Negotiator - Residential Estate Agency
Basic Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
OTE: £60,000+
Commission: 5%-10%

INDAS

This opportunity suits a driven negotiator with strong valuation and progression skills who is looking to step into a senior, revenue-generating position within a performance-led business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing residential sales from instruction through to completion
- Conducting market appraisals and securing new instructions
- Handling viewings, negotiations and offers
- Driving sales progression and maintaining a strong pipeline
- Providing regular vendor updates and market advice
- Leading daily meetings and contributing to target setting
- Carrying out canvassing and business development activity
- Maintaining compliance with legislation and company procedures
- Using ALTO CRM to manage activity and performance
- Minimum 4 years' experience in residential estate agency sales
- Experience at Senior Sales Negotiator level preferred
- Strong valuation, negotiation and sales progression background
- Proven and consistent billing history
- Stable employment record
- Professional, confident and client-focused communication style
- Good local knowledge of the Iver / Hounslow area
- Full UK driving licence with a ULEZ-compliant vehicle and no penalty points
- Fluency in Panjabi, Hindi or Urdu beneficial but not essential
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 10:00am - 4:00pm
- Bank Holidays off
- Competitive basic salary
- Uncapped commission structure
- OTE £60,000+
- Company car or fuel allowance (performance dependent)
