​Darren started his working career in Estate Agency where he worked for some of the biggest companies in Essex, East London and Hertfordshire. After 8 years he moved into the world of recruitment, working for a well-known Company placing Estate Agents in Essex.

​He took a slight detour into Construction Recruitment for several years but with now 20 years recruitment experience behind him he is looking to take the Essex Region to a new level and looking to become a trusted Talent Partner who genuinely looks to improve the lives of everyone he works with.
