We are looking for someone with estate agency experience for the sales team, ideally someone who wants to develop that could train to eventually take on a third of the listings they do.
 
This is a full time office role, with a package of £20k - £22k  basic, 2%-2.2% office commission on both offices, personal commission on mortgage and legal referrals and company bonus scheme, as they pay office commission based 2 branches the candidate is pretty much guaranteed to earn a minimum of £36k - £40k based on purely what the minimum numbers the branches need to do.

Both the basic salary and commission are starting salaries, we would expect both to increase over time, the basic and commission rate will be based on experience and skill levels.
 
The ideal candidate will be required to work every Saturday with a day off in the week (they would not consider anyone looking for weekends off, this part is non negotiable), you will need to drive (parking will be provided), 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
