Job Title - Estate Agent Branch Manager

Role Requirement
To develop an existing team and business capable of, and dedicated to, leading the market in your region. To present the company in a professional manner, ensuring we maximise sales and referrals for the complete range of Company activities, and to do so whilst satisfying all relevant regulatory requirements.


Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from property valuation to completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to the team to enhance their performance.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Listing Negotiator in Estate Agency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach.
