Focus: Lead Generation & Discovery Call Booking
Location: Remote
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
OTE: £60,000+ (Uncapped Commission)

The Role

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and engage target prospects through outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Run high-volume outreach campaigns with structure and pace
- Qualify prospects against clear criteria
- Secure discovery meetings for senior sales stakeholders
- Book qualified meetings into senior team calendars
- Provide detailed notes and context to ensure well-prepared conversations
- Maintain strong show-up rates through effective follow-up
- Log all activity accurately in the CRM
- Maintain clean, structured prospect data
- Track outreach metrics and optimise conversion performance
- Engage confidently across the Build-to-Rent ecosystem
- Demonstrate credible understanding of BTR terminology and structures
- Stay informed on market trends, key players, and commercial challenges

- Outbound call volume

- Meeting attendance rates
- Contact-to-meeting conversion
- CRM accuracy and hygiene

What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience in SDR, lead generation, or telesales
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
- Confident, articulate communicator on the phone
- Highly target-driven with strong resilience
- Experience within Build-to-Rent or wider property markets
- Exposure to selling into developers, operators, investors, or professional services firms
- Experience booking meetings for senior sales or leadership teams
