Senior Sales Negotiator - Chelmsford
 
Are you a proven Sales Negotiator who knows how to win instructions, close deals, and keep clients smiling from valuation to completion? If you're ready to step into a role where your experience is genuinely valued, this could be your next move.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, busy Chelmsford office where you'll be trusted to run your pipeline, lead by example, and play a key role in driving results.
 
What you'll be doing:
  • Managing sales from valuation through to completion
  • Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
  • Generating new business and winning instructions
  • Negotiating offers and delivering excellent customer service
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
 
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator (senior level)
  • Confident, driven, and commercially minded
  • Strong local knowledge of Chelmsford or surrounding areas
  • A natural people-person who enjoys closing deals
  • Full UK driving licence
