Property Valuer - Thorpe Bay
Basic Salary up to £35,000 | OTE circa £70,000+
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Valuer to join an award-winning estate agency branch in Thorpe Bay — recognised as the Number 1 performing branch across the entire division.

The Role:
  • Carrying out accurate property valuations and market appraisals
  • Winning new business and securing instructions
  • Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Managing your own pipeline from valuation through to completion
  • Representing a highly respected, top-performing branch
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Valuer/Lister within residential estate agency
  • Strong local market knowledge (Thorpe Bay/Surrounding areas ideal)
  • Confident, professional, and target-driven
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Full UK driving licence
