- Carrying out accurate property valuations and market appraisals
- Winning new business and securing instructions
- Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Managing your own pipeline from valuation through to completion
- Representing a highly respected, top-performing branch
- Previous experience as a Valuer/Lister within residential estate agency
- Strong local market knowledge (Thorpe Bay/Surrounding areas ideal)
- Confident, professional, and target-driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
- OTE around £70,000+
