• Conduct accurate and professional market appraisals and valuations.
• Proactively generate new business and develop relationships with vendors.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from instruction to completion.
• Support and mentor junior team members where required.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and local market expertise.
• Achieve and exceed personal and branch performance targets.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Valuer / Lister / Sales Negotiator.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong local market knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Self-motivated with a passion for property and customer service.
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential.
