An excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Valuer / Property Valuer to join a modern, forward-thinking estate agency offering home-based working, autonomy, and realistic uncapped earnings.
This role is ideal for a Valuer, Lister, or Senior Sales Negotiator looking to focus on valuations and winning instructions, with full admin, marketing, and compliance support provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out residential property valuations and market appraisals
• Win instructions and convert valuations into listings
• Build strong relationships with vendors and homeowners
• Manage the listing and onboarding process
• Act as a trusted local property expert
• Manage your own diary while working from home and in the field

About You

• Previous experience as a Sales Valuer, Property Valuer, Lister, or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Strong knowledge of the Uxbridge residential property market
• Confident, professional, and target-driven
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
