Job description

An established and highly regarded estate agency in Colchester is looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join their busy and successful team.
 
This is a key role within the business, focused on managing property sales from offer agreed through to completion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents alike.
 
The Role:
  • Progress sales from memorandum of sale to completion
  • Liaise with solicitors, buyers, sellers, mortgage brokers, and other agents
  • Proactively chase milestones and resolve issues to keep chains moving
  • Provide regular updates to all parties involved
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the transaction
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience as a Sales Progressor (or similar property role)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident handling multiple transactions at once
  • Proactive, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
  • Passionate about delivering great customer experiences
