Senior Sales Negotiator - Witham
Basic Salary £28,000 plus uncapped commission
 
An established and highly respected estate agency in Witham is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful residential sales team.
 
This is an opportunity for a proven negotiator ready to take the next step — someone confident not only in progressing deals, but also in conducting valuations and winning instructions.
 
The Role:
  • Generating and conducting market appraisals
  • Winning new instructions
  • Negotiating offers through to agreed sale
  • Managing deals through to completion
  • Building and maintaining strong local relationships
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven estate agency sales experience
  • Valuing experience is essential
  • Strong conversion skills from valuation to instruction
  • Commercially driven with a track record of hitting targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional, motivated, and team-focused
