Sales Negotiator

Basic £30,000
OTE £60,000 (uncapped Commission)
London (City / Liverpool Street) | On-site
A well-funded, fast-moving residential property business is hiring a Sales Negotiator to join its London office. This is a high-activity role handling live stock, strong inbound enquiry levels, and motivated buyers.
The role suits someone who enjoys closing deals, negotiating offers, and progressing sales quickly, with clear earning potential from day one.
The Role
  • Handling inbound buyer enquiries on available properties
  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers to secure the best outcome
  • Progressing sales from offer agreed to completion
  • Providing regular updates to vendors and buyers
  • Following up leads and maintaining momentum across live deals
  • Updating activity accurately on CRM
Package
  • £30,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission
  • £60,000+ OTE achievable
  • Performance bonuses
  • 25 days holiday + pension
What They're Looking For
  • Experience in sales, estate agency, or a target-driven environment
  • Confident, clear telephone manner
  • Comfortable handling multiple leads and deadlines
  • Organised, motivated, and commercially aware
  • Interest in residential property and deal-making
