Senior Lettings Negotiator - Cheltenham
Here's one for the ambitious lettings professional who wants to take the next step up. We're working with a respected independent agency in Cheltenham that's looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to support the Branch Lettings Manager in driving growth, service standards, and team performance.
This isn't just about registering tenants and showing properties - it's about being the person who ensures everything runs smoothly, landlords are impressed from the first conversation, and tenants leave viewings knowing they're in safe hands. You'll be overseeing the onboarding process, making sure compliance and paperwork are watertight, handling offers with confidence, and keeping the branch on target month after month.
It's a role where your leadership skills will be noticed. You'll be guiding the lettings team day to day, setting the tone for professionalism, and making sure standards never slip. You'll also be trusted to help win new business, assist with valuations, and contribute to portfolio growth. In short, you'll be part negotiator, part leader, and part problem-solver.
The right person will already have strong experience in lettings, a head for compliance, and the drive to deliver results. If you're ambitious, commercially minded, and want a role where you can step into more responsibility, this is the one to take seriously.
Competitive basic salary on offer plus performance-related bonuses, along with genuine scope for career progression.
Use of pool car. Working hours Mon – Fri 9:00am – 5:30pm 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am – 12:30pm
