Location: City of London | Office Based | Monday - Friday
Salary: £35,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+)

What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for new client enquiries
- Qualify leads efficiently and match them to the right solutions
- Handle high call volumes with professionalism and energy
- Deliver tailored pitches that build trust and win opportunities
- Stay on top of timely follow-ups to nurture and convert leads
- Previous sales experience (ideally phone-based/high-volume)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Natural empathy and ability to listen as well as advise
- Resilience, drive, and ability to think on your feet
- Bonus: knowledge of the UK property market
- £35,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+)
