Student Lettings Manager – Guildford

Having already agreed 500+ student lets since Oct 2024, this company are now launching a dedicated student lettings arm. We’re looking for a dynamic, ambitious Student Lettings Manager to lead the charge.

What You’ll Do

• Drive business development in the student HMO & PBSA markets
• Onboard landlords, advise on compliance, and maximise rental values
• Manage applicants: register, viewings, negotiations, tenancy agreements
• Build key relationships with universities, developers, and student groups
• Track lettings KPIs and optimise campaigns for peak student seasons

What We’re Looking For
 
✅ 2+ years’ lettings experience (student HMO/PBSA experience a bonus)
✅ Knowledge of compliance, landlord regulations & Guildford market
✅ Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
✅ Proactive, organised & target-driven
✅ Full UK Driving Licence required
