Senior Sales Consultant - Estate Agency
�� Location: Sevenoaks Area
�� Salary: £26,400 - £34,500 (Basic) | OTE £50,000+
�� Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week

We're seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join a successful and growing sales hub based in Sevenoaks. You'll play a key role in supporting customers through every stage of their property journey — from initial enquiry and valuation through to completion — while helping to drive new business, develop the team, and maintain exceptional service standards.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator or Valuer looking to progress into a senior role with a company that truly invests in its people and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and qualify buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and matching them to suitable opportunities.
  • Conduct property valuations (after appropriate training) and generate new business leads.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors, ensuring a smooth process through to completion.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and clients to progress transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activity using internal CRM systems.
  • Mentor and support more junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practice.
  • Proactively contribute to branch growth by identifying opportunities and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and ensure targets are achieved and exceeded.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in estate agency, ideally with exposure to valuations and sales progression.
  • Strong understanding of local market trends and customer behaviour.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and resilient under pressure.
  • Passionate about property and helping customers achieve their goals.
  • IT literate with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
