Location: Sevenoaks Area
Salary: £25,400 - £27,500 (Basic) | OTE £45,000+
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Register and qualify applicants, identifying their property requirements and matching them to suitable homes.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing honest and professional advice throughout.
- Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from offer to completion, ensuring clients receive regular updates.
- Build lasting relationships with buyers and vendors, delivering outstanding customer service at every stage.
- Generate new business by contacting existing and potential clients and identifying fresh opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records using internal CRM systems.
- Support the branch in achieving performance targets through proactive diary management and collaboration.
- Previous estate agency or property experience preferred (but not essential).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to thrive under pressure.
- IT literate, confident with CRM and Microsoft Office systems.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
