Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for real estate and strong negotiation skills? We're looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join an established, highly regarded estate agency in the heart of St John's Wood.

Why this role is a fantastic opportunity:
  • You'll be working in one of the most desirable London locations - St John's Wood - where our branch has built an unrivalled reputation for having deep local market expertise
  • You'll be part of a team that leverages a network-wide support structure whilst operating with the hands-on local focus that clients respect.
  • Strong sales pipeline and appealing listings: the branch lists a broad range of property types in St John's Wood, including high-value family homes, period conversions and luxury apartments.
  • The area offers a compelling lifestyle and property-market environment: leafy streets, top location in NW8, strong demand and market standing.
What you'll be doing:
  • Managing the full sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting through to negotiation, exchange and completion.
  • Working closely with vendors and buyers to achieve the best outcome, ensuring excellent customer service and high conversion.
  • Producing accurate market appraisals, presentations and tailored recommendations to clients.
  • Liaising with internal teams (marketing, valuations, legal) and external professionals to progress sales efficiently.
  • Mentoring junior negotiators and contributing to the growth and development of the sales team.
  • Maintaining up-to-date local market intelligence, identifying opportunities and building relationships within the community.
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience in real-estate sales (preferably in London or prime/residential markets) and strong negotiation track-record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - confident dealing with high-net-worth clients and diverse property types.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage your pipeline with discipline and professionalism.
  • Ability to mentor and lead others, showing initiative and supporting team growth.
  • Strong market awareness of London residential property, particularly in high-value areas, and the readiness to build and strengthen local client relationships.
What you'll get in return:
  • A highly visible role in a premium branch, enhancing your personal brand and career trajectory.
  • Competitive remuneration package (base + bonus) commensurate with your experience and results.
  • Opportunity to work with premium listings and contribute to a respected market leader.
  • Supportive environment with access to strong systems, marketing resources and training.
  • A chance to join an agency with long-standing heritage, excellent reputation and well-established client base.
If you're ready to elevate your career and join a leading agency in one of London's most desirable locations, then we'd love to hear from you.
