  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, industry trends, and competitor activity.

About You:
  • Significant experience as a Sales Negotiator within the residential property sector.
  • Proven ability to win instructions, close deals, and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting.
  • Professional, personable, and a true team player.
  • Strong local market knowledge is highly desirable.
