Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Winchmore Hill
£22,000 basic + 10% commission | Pool car provided
Full-time | Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-4pm (day off in lieu)
Are you looking to join a well-established, independent estate agency with a strong local reputation? Since 1986, our Winchmore Hill branch has been helping clients buy, sell, and rent homes - and we're now looking for a motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join the team.
The Role
  • Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable properties.
  • Conduct viewings, negotiations, and follow up to close deals.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, vendors, buyers, and tenants.
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Support the smooth running of the branch with day-to-day office duties.
About You
  • Previous experience in sales, lettings, or customer-facing roles (estate agency experience preferred but not essential).
  • Confident, driven, and target-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong local knowledge of Winchmore Hill/Enfield area is a bonus.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
