Sales Development Representative
Location: Office based in Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: £28,000 basic + £5,000 OTE Commission

We’re on the lookout for a driven, energetic, and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing growth team.

The Role
Our SDRs are the engine of B2B growth, generating over 60% of our sales pipeline. You’ll be the first voice potential partners hear - sparking interest, uncovering pain points, and running dynamic online demos that bring our solution to life.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
  • Prospecting like a pro – Hunt down new partners through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals. You’ll dig into their business challenges and spot where we can make an impact.
  • Pipeline building – Keep your funnel full and healthy. You’ll own your numbers, and your energy and persistence will drive results.
  • Online product demos – Deliver engaging, tailored demos that show Letting Agents exactly how our platform transforms their operations.
  • Onboarding support – Set new partners up for success in their first 30 days and ensure they see value fast.
  • Market engagement – Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor moves, and represent us at key events when needed.
  • Driving growth – Your results directly fuel the success of our business.

  • Sales mindset – Proven experience in telesales, business development, or lead generation.

  • Organisation & ownership – You’re a self-starter who takes control of your pipeline and performance.
  • Tech confidence – Quick to learn new tools and thrive running online product demos.
