Location: Ascot (Office-based)
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 base
OTE: £10,000 Commission in Year 1

As an B2B Sales Executive/ Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of introducers - building relationships, solving problems, and helping partners grow their business. You’ll play a key role in driving growth, delivering brilliant service, and developing long-term client success.
This role is perfect for someone who’s driven, confident on the phone, and passionate about building relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with introducers and business partners.
- Delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
- Sourcing new business via referrals, web searches, and LinkedIn.
- Developing existing accounts and spotting growth opportunities.
- Analysing data to prioritise and focus your portfolio effectively.
- Staying on top of market trends and industry changes.
- Meeting and exceeding your monthly and quarterly targets.
- A self-motivated, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
- Confident relationship-builder with a professional phone manner.
- Someone who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience in sales or property is a big advantage - but full training is provided!
