Location: Hybrid – London (3 days in office)
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000
OTE: £100,000+ (Uncapped)
  
A fast-growing business serving the UK estate agency sector is looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing sales team.
  
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of a growing phone-based sales function.
  
The ideal candidate is someone who loves the numbers, thrives in a KPI-driven environment, and knows how to build a winning sales culture where performance, accountability and energy drive results.
  
  
The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading, developing and growing a phone-based sales team focused on selling into estate agents across the UK.
  
You’ll set the tone for the team - creating a high-performance environment where activity, conversion rates and revenue targets are consistently achieved.
  
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, leading from the front, and building a team culture where people genuinely enjoy winning.
  
What You’ll Be Doing
  
Sales Leadership & Team Development
  • Manage, coach and develop a team of 2 sales executives, scaling to 6 as the business grows
  • Create a motivated, high-performance phone-based sales culture
  • Run regular 1:1s, call reviews and performance coaching
  • Recruit, onboard and develop new sales talent as the team expands
Performance & KPI Management
  • Set clear activity, conversion and revenue KPIs
  • Monitor performance through daily and weekly sales metrics
  • Hold the team accountable to targets while maintaining a positive, energetic environment
  • Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve results
Revenue & Commercial Growth
  • Drive consistent pipeline generation and deal conversion
  • Lead from the front when required - supporting key deals and opportunities
  • Deliver accurate performance reporting and forecasts to leadership

Essential Experience
  • Proven experience selling into the estate agency sector
  • Strong track record managing phone-based sales teams
  • Deep understanding of sales KPIs, conversion metrics and pipeline management
