Marketing Manager
Location: Portsmouth (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000
A fast-growing technology business in the property and built environment sector is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help accelerate its next stage of growth.
The company delivers a powerful SaaS platform that helps property professionals streamline inspections, compliance, reporting, and operational workflows. With an expanding international client base and continuous product innovation, the business is building serious momentum.
Now they’re looking for a marketer who wants to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.
This isn’t a “pure strategy” marketing role - it’s for someone who enjoys building campaigns, testing ideas, analysing performance, and driving real pipeline growth.
The Role
You’ll own the execution of marketing activity designed to generate demand, strengthen brand presence, and support commercial growth.
Working closely with the sales team, you’ll ensure marketing campaigns directly contribute to lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue performance.
If you enjoy creating campaigns, producing content, and constantly optimising systems to improve results - this role gives you the freedom to do exactly that.

What You’ll Be Doing
Demand Generation & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Build and optimise inbound marketing funnels
- Develop targeted campaigns for specific market segments
- Create and manage content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media
- Support website optimisation and SEO initiatives
- Develop messaging that clearly communicates product value
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and deal conversion
- Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, email sequences, and campaign collateral
- Ensure marketing activity directly supports commercial goals
- Manage marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, and campaign tracking
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data insights
- Report on lead generation performance, marketing ROI, and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams to refine messaging and positioning
- Support product launches and feature announcements
- Stay close to customer feedback and industry trends
- Proven experience in a hands-on marketing role within a SaaS or technology business
- Strong digital marketing capability across content, campaigns, and demand generation
- Experience working closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth
- Comfortable managing marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics systems
- A builder mindset - someone who enjoys executing, testing, and improving
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
