Location: Remote
Salary: £50,000
OTE: £80,000 – £100,000 (Uncapped)
A fast-growing business operating in the UK home moving sector is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing B2B sales team.
As demand continues to increase, they’re now looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on sales leader who can drive revenue, improve team performance, and strengthen long-term commercial partnerships.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll manage a team of B2B sales agents while playing an active role in driving commercial growth.
Your focus will be on improving conversion rates, increasing partner retention, optimising pricing models, and scaling revenue across the business’s growing partner network.

What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of five sales agents
- Set clear KPIs around activity, meetings, conversion rates, revenue, and retention
- Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance planning
- Build a high-energy, accountability-driven sales culture
- Drive new partner acquisition across removals, conveyancing, and surveying firms
- Optimise pricing models, margins, and volume agreements
- Convert trial partnerships into long-term commercial contracts
- Identify upsell opportunities such as increased lead caps, exclusive models, and regional expansion
- Work closely with partners to maximise ROI and lead conversion
- Analyse performance data and feedback to improve commercial positioning
- Proactively manage relationships to reduce churn and increase retention
- Align with marketing and lead generation teams to optimise lead flow
- Ensure delivery quality matches commercial commitments
- Support leadership with strategic planning for scaling revenue and partner growth
Essential Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales
- Proven experience managing and developing sales teams
- Strong background in lead generation, digital marketing, marketplaces, or home services sectors
- Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling into removals, conveyancing, surveying, or property-related businesses
- Understanding of shared vs exclusive lead models
- Experience converting pilot or trial accounts into long-term partnerships
- Commercially astute and data-driven
- Strong negotiator and confident deal-closer
- High energy, resilient, and target-focused
- Passionate about building strong sales cultures and improving performance
