Sales Manager - Estate Agency (City of London)
Basic: £45,000 | OTE: £80,000+
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team in our City of London office. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance closing your own property deals with managing, motivating, and coaching a small team to hit ambitious targets.

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team in our City of London office. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance closing your own property deals with managing, motivating, and coaching a small team to hit ambitious targets.
The Role
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 2-3 Sales Consultants.
- Manage and grow your own sales pipeline alongside your team's.
- Ensure properties are listed competitively to sell within 30 days.
- Oversee compliance, AML checks, and uphold industry regulations.
- Handle escalated client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs, deliver regular performance feedback, and provide training.
- Contribute to sales forecasts and business strategy.
- Proven track record in estate agency sales (traditional or online).
- Strong people management skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Solid understanding of UK property regulations and AML compliance.
- Confident negotiator with excellent closing ability.
- Organised, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with CRM and property portal experience.
- Experience in quick-sale or online estate agency models.
- Knowledge of CRMs such as Reapit or Salesforce.
- £45,000 basic salary + commission (OTE £80,000+)
