Our client's Conveyancing team are part of our client's continuingly growing organisation. They are a comprehensive law firm, offering expert legal, property and financial services. We support clients throughout their
entire lifetime. The Conveyancing team have decades of experience in all types of transactions and can advise on every Conveyancing related situation.
This role will be based in our Lincoln office although the ideal candidate may be able to fill this role remotely.

The Role
We are looking to further strengthen our current team with the appointment of an experienced candidate.
What makes this role special is a hands-on experience from day one! You will be:
- Communicating with clients on a daily basis, dealing with matters over the phone, email or in person
- Updating branches and building relationships with our referrers
- Updating and maintaining a case management system
- All aspects of residential conveyancing including leasehold and freehold
- Liaising with other parties' solicitors, brokers and estate agents
- Managing property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, New build and
Shared ownership transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity from inception until post completion
- Updating clients on progress of matter
- Chasing outstanding enquiries
- Checking mortgage offers and searches
- Title checking and reporting to clients
- Raising and signing off the enquiries
- Maintaining and checking Due Diligence and Risk Assessments in line with the firms' policies
- Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering and data protection regulations.
- Dealing with requisitions
- Mentoring and training colleagues
- Leadership/management tasks
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience as a residential conveyancer managing files end to end
- A proactive, solutions focused approach with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, confident with clients, colleagues and stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset with a genuine desire to share knowledge and best practice
- Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues or a keen interest in developing others
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage priorities in a fast moving setting
