What you'll be doing

• Winning instructions and securing quality listings
• Delivering accurate, confident market valuations
• Building lasting relationships with vendors, landlords and buyers
• Using your local knowledge to help shape their strategy

What they're looking for

• 1–2+ years in estate agency
• Property valuation experience
• Knowledge of Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding Suffolk villages
• Drive, resilience and genuine people skills

The package

• Basic: £28,000–£30,000 (DOE)
• OTE: £50,000–£55,000 (realistic)
• Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm
• Alternate Saturdays, half day (9am–1pm)
