Business Development Manager/Account executive - Property Sector
We are looking for a commercially sharp Business Development Manager to join a growing technology business operating within the property sector.
This is a hands-on role in a scaling environment, suited to someone who is confident building pipeline from scratch, comfortable running product demos and able to communicate value clearly to decision makers.
You will be responsible for generating new business, managing the full sales cycle and representing the business professionally in front of clients.
This is not a role for someone who relies on inbound leads or support functions. You will be expected to identify opportunities, engage prospects and convert them into customers.
At the same time, you must be comfortable presenting a solution, running structured conversations and demonstrating a product in a clear, confident and credible way.
The business is still early in its commercial journey, so you will work closely with the founders and have a genuine impact on how the sales function develops.
Who we are looking for:
You will already have experience:
Generating your own pipeline through outbound activity
Running product demos and presenting solutions to clients
Managing the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
Selling in a structured, consultative way rather than purely transactional
You will likely come from a platform, solution sales background, although strong candidates from other sectors will be considered if they can demonstrate the right sales approach.
Equally important is how you come across. You should be confident, articulate and able to represent the business professionally in front of clients.
Package:
Basic salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
On target earnings circa £65,000+
