Team Leader (Sales) – Estate Agency
Location: Remote - Surrey
Salary: £45,000 + Performance Bonuses

OTE: £60,000 
Contract: Full‑Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing sales associates
  • Lead sales meetings, training, and performance coaching
  • Drive growth targets across appointments, recruits, and profitability
  • Support agents in increasing productivity and income
  • Oversee staff performance and professional standards
  • Analyse competition and shape winning strategies
  • Use financial reports to guide business decisions
