The Role
As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you'll be at the heart of the business — building relationships, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and helping progress sales and lets through to completion. This is a varied, fast‑paced role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a target‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
- Securing new instructions from landlords and vendors
- Preparing marketing materials and uploading listings to property portals
- Progressing sales and lets through to completion
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process
- Supporting the wider team with day‑to‑day office tasks
- Previous experience in property sales or lettings preferred (not essential)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, motivated, and target‑driven
- Well‑presented with a professional manner
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
