Our client is an Award-winning Estate Agent, they are seeking an energetic, dynamic Sales Valuer to become their Local expert in Leeds. This role offers a fantastic OTE and the flexibility of working from home when not valuing properties.

Based in Leeds, the role is to carry out all Valuations including dealing directly with Vendors, keeping up to date with market trends and using comparable evidence of the current market to win Instructions.

The Successful Candidate will have:

• Previous Estate Agency experience - Essential
• Previous experience in the Lister/Valuer role
• Self-motivated and Driven attitude
• Able to work towards targets and deliver results
• Ability to work well within a Team and independently.
• Be confident and well presented 
• Full UK driver's license and car
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Deliver excellent customer care
