This is a high-impact position working closely with the Group CEO and Corporate Department, playing a key role in shaping and delivering the company's business growth strategy.
The successful candidate will be a natural leader with a strong commercial focus, capable of identifying and securing new opportunities while fostering strong relationships across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across both B2B and B2C markets.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including developers and Build to Rent (BTR) businesses.
- Lead tender submissions, proposals, and costings, ensuring commercially sound and competitive outcomes.
- Deliver compelling pitches and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across the corporate network to support business expansion.
- Represent the business at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy.
- Recommend improvements to pricing structures, service offerings, and growth processes.
- Proven track record in business development and growth strategy, ideally within the property, housing, or professional services sectors.
- Strong professional network with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, self-starting attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience managing tender documentation, commercial onboarding, and client retention.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- Base salary: £50,000-£60,000
- OTE: Up to £100,000 (inclusive of performance-related bonuses and commission schemes)
- Car allowance: £5,500 (sliding scale)
