Valuer / Lister - Berkshire
Are you a proven Valuer looking for a fresh challenge? This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Valuer/Lister to join a well-established team covering Berkshire and The Chilterns.
You'll be the face of the business when it comes to winning new instructions, carrying out valuations and delivering exceptional service to clients. This is a role where your drive and results really matter, if you enjoy building relationships, creating trust with vendors, and consistently hitting (or smashing) targets, you'll fit in perfectly.
The position offers the flexibility to work remotely for much of the week, whilst still having the support of a modern head office environment and all the tools you need, market-leading tech, wide-reaching marketing and strong back-office support. You'll also step up to support the Sales Manager when required, so leadership skills will be valued as much as your ability to win business.
What we're looking for
You'll already have experience valuing and listing residential properties in Berkshire or Buckinghamshire, with a strong track record of turning appraisals into instructions. Communication is key, you'll need to inspire confidence with clients and colleagues alike, and bring the self-motivation needed to thrive in a performance-driven environment. A full UK driving licence is essential. Mon-Fri, alternate Saturdays.
